Mission Impossible : series part II

 Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol

You Misunderstand, I am not Buying,

 I am Selling, The Future!

This movie Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol was released on 16th December 2011. Directed by Brad Bird. The film has a new director as per Tom Cruise's theory. No director is repeated in Mission Impossible series. Each director has their own concept and idea and the result is that every film feels fresh and original.

Ethan Hunt (Tom Cruise) is wrongly accused of bombing and destroying much of the Kremlin. Hunt's team has to abort the mission. The Secretary tells Hunt that the President has invoked that all the entire team IMF has been disavowed. Despite that orders secretly to launch "Operation Ghost Protocol." However a terrorist has gotten his hands on nuclear codes, and Ethan Hunt and his small team are the only people who can stop them.

Ethan regroups his team with Jane Carter (Paula Patton), Benji Dunn (Simon Pegg), and William Brandt (Jeremy Renner). They find out that there is another person behind the bombing code, a man only known as "Cobalt." Brandt is able to recognize Cobalt as Kurt Hendricks (Michael Nyqvist), who plans to ignite a nuclear war between the U.S. and Russia. Now he is planning to trade at the Burj Khalifa in Dubai to get the required launch code.

The team keeps shifting from location to location. The movie reaches its peak when the team arrives in Dubai. The building scene is an amazing sequence in the entire movie, it is one of the best in action movie history. Ethan Hunt climbing the Burj Khalifa is thrilling enough. With a limited time having trouble going back down, running around and swinging around with legs dangling in the air, gloves start malfunctioning, the Laser Cutter malfunctions, all these make the scene just outstanding.

In the chase scene through sandstorm and hand to hand combat scene in the parking deck, the Cinematography is gorgeous and perfectly directed. Special mention has to be given to Anil Kapoor, a famous star of Indian Cinema, with many super hit movies to his credit, though his short role left the impression of his acting. Benji played by Simon Pegg a computer person, has added so much humor in the movie having great chemistry with the team.

Tom Cruise's performance is as brilliant as always. William Brandt (Jeremy Renner) is stunning and does such a great job portraying so-called-analyst but actually IMF agent.

Jane Carter (Paula Patton) and other actors' performances are very strong and convincing.

Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation

Hunt is uniquely trained and highly motivated.

A specialist without equal,

Immune to any countermeasures!

Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation is directed by Christopher McQuarrie.

This movie was released on 5th August 2015 starring Tom Cruise, Simon Pegg, Ving Rhames, Jeremy Renner, Alec Baldwin, and Rebecca Ferguson.

Solomon Lane former British intelligence, has created a Syndicate. Lane has a ledger that contains the identities of his operatives, his terrorist associates, and the entire inner working of the Syndicate. The facility is hidden beneath a local Power Plant under the Military guard and the only way to download the ledger is through the central computer terminal located there.

Meanwhile, William Brandt (Jeremy Renner) is forced to testify in front of the U.S. Chairman Committee, people like Alec Baldwin who don't believe this organization exists, and Hunt and his team are out to prove that organization is behind a lot of tragedies that have been occurring and suggest that time has come to dissolve the IMF, and transfer their salvageable assets to the CIA.

The committee takes the decision in Hunley's favor, convinced and accused that Hunt is behind it all. IMF is disbanded.

Ethan is left on his own to try to stop this dangerous organization.

There is a fantastic opening action scene involving Cruise jumping on a plane while it is about to take off. Then it is followed by another wonderful sequence at a Vienna Opera House and chase of motorcycle and car driven by Eithan and later motorcycle in Morocco that ends with a spectacular chase.

Tom Cruise was amazing and the fact that he does all his own stunts, just makes him one of the best action stars today. Simon Pegg stands out a lot in this one, which is great because the chemistry between Cruise and Pegg is also great.

Villain Philip Seymour Hoffman in Mission ImpossibleIII is probably the best we've seen so far. Ghost Protocol villain is very weak. Rebecca Ferguson is fantastic in this movie.

Rogue Nation combines the best of Mission Impossible Ghost Protocol and makes a very entertaining film.

Mission Impossible: Fallout

"The Greater the Suffering....

The Greater the Peace!

Mission Impossible: Fallout is directed by Christopher McQuarrie who is the only one to return for the second film, also made Rogue Nation which once again stars Tom Cruise, Rebecca Ferguson, Simon Pegg, Ving Rhames, Henry Cavill, and Angela Bassett.

This movie was released on 27 July 2018, This is the sixth film in the series after 22 years of Mission Impossible. Mission Impossible series is just like a book and every movie is the chapter. Tom Cruise is the main attraction as if he was born for the role of Ethan Hunt.

Despite the fact that I love the first and fourth episodes, I think this might be the best action movie I have ever seen. The incredible action sequence and the storyline, the dialogues, the performance of every actor has made this movie memorable.

His name is Solomon Lane, British special Agent turned anarchist. He used rogue covert operatives to create a terror network called the Syndicate, and the groups of terrorists called "The Apostles," to sabotage, assassination, mass murder. Their plan is to take three Plutonium cores and use them for a simultaneous nuclear attack in three major cities across the world.

When the cores go missing, Ethan tries to save his friend Luther (Ving Rhames) and give away the Plutonium even though he knows that millions of lives will be at risk, he still focuses on saving a friend who is at gunpoint.

Joining Ethan Hunt's team this time is CIA agent August Walker (Henry Cavill) in finding the Plutonium cores before it's too late.

The climax sequence is set in Kashmir, but it was recreated in New Zealand. The beautiful Paris motorcycle chase sequence is magically shot. The helicopter scene and every action scene in this movie are extraordinary but there is a bathroom scene between Tom Cruise, Henry Cavill, and some other person, which is the best action scene to mention. Benji (Simon Pegg), Luther (Ving Rhames), and Ethan Hunt (Tom Cruise) are a perfect trio.

Every scene involving Lisa Faust (Rebecca Ferguson) and the white widow (Vanessa Kirby) is fantastic.

Apart from the entertainment, Mission Impossible series also provide lessons on how to make action movies efficiently.
